Who the heck is Dan and why listen to him?
Well, I’ve been investing in real estate for over seventeen years. I started out with relatively nothing and have purchased over $5 million in properties, building a solid net worth for myself. This didn’t happen over night and it isn’t as easy as they claim in the infomercials. However, real estate investing can provide a secure future for you and your family if you go about it the right way and work at it.
Nothing in my books is theoretical; I live this stuff every day! My expertise comes from many years of daily dealings with buyers, sellers, contractors, city inspectors, property managers and plenty of tenants (oh you got to love those tenants!). My original book
is a classic lesson about all the things an investor doesn’t know that they
don’t know. I detail numerous (sometimes funny, but very true) events in my

each incident.
My second book is
more of a “how to” book. It explains in detail how I go about finding
properties and determining whether or not they are a good deal to purchase.
Then I go into detail about negotiating and what to include in contracts. I
finish out with two case studies that show you exactly how two of my deals
played out in day by day detail.
